I lived in New Orleans from 2005-2009 and helped rebuild the city after Hurricane Katrina.  In 2013, I was asked by a client to come back for a few months and build a dream kitchen for their house just off Magazine st.  They asked for a kitchen with all of the modern conveniences that at the same time would fit into the period look of their 1920's home.  I designed and built the cabinets using quarter-sawn White Oak in a style reminiscent of the Arts and Crafts movement.
